REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY

Refund Policy

At teahoundteas.com, our aim is your complete satisfaction with every purchase. For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds for opened or consumed tea products. Refunds are only applicable if the item arrives damaged or if you receive an incorrect product. If your order arrives damaged or if you received an incorrect item, please refrain from opening the container and contact us within 7 days of delivery. We may require photographic evidence of the damage or ask for the product to be returned to us in its original unopened condition. In such cases, Teahound will issue a refund or exchange.

To initiate a return process, please write an email to our customer service team at info@teahoundteas.com and provide your order number and details regarding your exchange/refund request.

Evaluation: Our team will review your request and may request additional information to facilitate the process.

Refund or Replacement: If your refund request is approved, we will process the refund using the original payment method. Alternatively, at your option, we’ll send out a replacement, at no cost to you.

Cancellation Policy

Order Changes/Cancellation: If you need to modify or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. We’ll endeavor to accommodate your request, but once an order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible.
