Our tea is incredibly flavorful due to the fact that only the youngest, most tender tea leaves are used to produce it. The matcha we source is also rich in nutrients from the volcanic soils of Kagoshima, Japan, making it the perfect coffee replacement!
Genuine, high-grade matcha will always have some tea leaf material that, though very finely ground, cannot fully dissolve, It’s best to use a bamboo whisk, milk frother, or blender to mix and froth the matcha to minimize clumps when adding to water or your favorite milk. Our matcha can be enjoyed with water or any kind of milk, hot or iced.
