Every person on our team shares a lifelong passion for tea, and we only source the finest matcha from Japan.  We tasted countless matchas before finding one from Kagoshima, Japan that would become our signature matcha. In fact, the matcha that Teahound delivers is curated by a 10th-level chashi master tea maker, a distinction held by only thirteen individuals around the world. This matters because the quality and taste of each batch is shaped by the tea maker.

The name Teahound was inspired by the owner’s beloved basset hound.
